What is mobile detailing?+
We bring the professional detailing shop to you. Our fully equipped vehicle arrives at your home or office, and we do the work right in your driveway.
What do you need from me?+
Ideally, access to a water spigot and a power outlet. If you're at an apartment or office without access, let us know. We can bring our own water and power.
Do I pay a deposit to book?+
No. No deposit. You don't pay until the job is done and you're 100% satisfied.
How does payment work?+
You don't pay anything until the job is completely finished. Once we're done, you inspect the vehicle with Jacob. Only when you're 100% satisfied do we take payment: card, cash or check.
How long does a detail take?+
A full interior and exterior detail takes about 4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Ceramic coatings and paint correction take longer.
Why does paint correction come before a ceramic coating?+
A coating locks in whatever is under it. Polishing out the swirls and light scratches first means the coating seals in a clean, glossy finish instead of the defects.
What's the difference between the 3-year and 8-year coatings?+
Signature Ceramic Coating (3-Year): Paint correction followed by a 3-year ceramic coating: deep gloss, strong water beading and easier washes. 8-Year Ceramic Coating: Advanced paint correction, an 8-year ceramic coating and coated wheel faces for the longest-lasting protection.

Can I reschedule or cancel?+

Only if you opt in, when you book or on our Text updates page. Texts cover your confirmation, reminders, an on-the-way note, payment receipts and replies to your questions. Texts are optional, and you can reply STOP at any time.
