This policy explains what information JMatt Mobile Detailing LLC (JMATT MOBILE DETAILING LLC) ("we", "us"), based in Exeter, NH, collects when you use this website, book with us or text with us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile phone number and email address.
- The service address where we'll work on your vehicle.
- Vehicle details: year, make, model and size.
- Your bookings, notes you send us, and messages between us.
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when.
- Basic technical information such as the page you came from or an ad link you clicked, so we know how people find us.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm and carry out your appointment.
- To send service updates such as confirmations, reminders and on-my-way messages.
- To answer your questions and keep a record of the work we've done on your vehicle.
- To run and improve our business and this website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in (on our Text updates page, when you book, or when you create an account), we use your mobile number to text you about your appointments and service: booking confirmations, reminders, on-the-way updates, payment receipts and replies to your questions. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use a text messaging provider only to deliver our messages to you.
Who we share information with
We only share information with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email delivery and text message delivery, and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. The SMS commitments above apply in every case.
Cookies
This site uses a cookie to keep you logged in to your account. We don't use advertising cookies unless we tell you here first.
How long we keep it
We keep your customer and booking records for as long as you're a customer and for a reasonable time afterward for our business and tax records. Login links expire after 30 minutes. If you opt out of texts, we keep a record of that so we don't text you again.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To delete your information or opt out of texts, call or text (978) 684-3666 or email jacob@jmattdetailing.com, or reply STOP to any text.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
