What do you need from me?+
Ideally, access to a water spigot and a power outlet. If you're at an apartment or office without access, let us know. We can bring our own water and power.
Do I pay a deposit to book?+
No. No deposit. You don't pay until the job is done and you're 100% satisfied.
How long does a detail take?+
A full interior and exterior detail takes about 4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Ceramic coatings and paint correction take longer.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Yes. Please give as much notice as you can. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment has a $50 cancellation fee. Text or call (978) 684-3666, or log in to your account and send a request.
