These terms cover your use of this website, booking with us and our text messages. The business is JMatt Mobile Detailing LLC (JMATT MOBILE DETAILING LLC), based in Exeter, NH ("JMatt Mobile Detailing LLC", "we", "us"). By booking or using this site you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide mobile auto detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating at the location you give us, usually your home or workplace. Prices shown on this site are starting prices. The final price depends on the vehicle's size and condition and is confirmed with you before work starts. JMATT MOBILE DETAILING LLC is licensed and insured.

First detail. New customers get 20% off their first detail with us.

Booking

When you book online you choose a service and an open time. Please give an accurate address, vehicle and contact details. We may contact you to confirm details, adjust the time, or let you know if a booking can't go ahead (for example, because of weather or an address outside our service area).

Payment

No deposit. You don't pay until the job is done and you're 100% satisfied. We accept card, cash or check. Payment is due when the job is finished and you've inspected the vehicle.

Rescheduling and cancelling

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel. To reschedule, call or text (978) 684-3666 or email jacob@jmattdetailing.com, or send a request from your account.

Cancellation fee. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment has a $50 cancellation fee.

Care Club membership

The Care Club is a monthly membership that includes an exterior and interior wash. The monthly price depends on the vehicle size and is billed monthly by card through our payment processor, Stripe, once Jacob confirms your vehicle and schedule.

At the appointment

Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and remove personal belongings and valuables. Tell us about any existing damage, aftermarket parts, or areas you'd like us to avoid. Access to water and power helps; if you don't have them, let us know and we can bring our own.

SMS / Text messaging terms

Program name. JMatt Mobile Detailing LLC Appointment & Service Texts, run by JMatt Mobile Detailing LLC (JMATT MOBILE DETAILING LLC).

What we text. Messages about your appointments and service: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, on-the-way updates, payment receipts, and replies to your questions. We don't send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

How you opt in. You only get these texts if you opt in by checking the (unchecked by default) text-message box on our Text updates page, when you book online, or when you create an account. After you opt in we send one confirmation text.

Consent is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can book and use our services without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency varies depending on your bookings and conversations with us.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out or get help. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time; we send one message confirming you're unsubscribed and then stop. Reply HELP for help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including your mobile number. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Photos

We may take before and after photos of the vehicle to document the work. If you'd rather your car isn't shown on our website or social media, just tell us.

If something isn't right

Jacob walks the car with you before you pay. If anything isn't right, tell him then, or contact us as soon as you notice it, and we'll look at it with you.

This website

We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but services, prices and availability can change. Online booking times are offered as available and may be adjusted by us if needed.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
